Aka Yellaki Banana, these are amongst the many native varieties of Bananas in India. Small in size but high in potassium, these are your real stress busters lowering your BP all the time :). The slight tang in our bananas is on account of extra potassium and they're at the maximum sweetness when the peel starts turning black.
