Sweetest amongst all citrus fruits, Malta is one of the oldest varieties available in India. The high sweetness and less acidic flavor combination also got Malta its name as Sweet Orange. These are the super awesome predecessors of Kinnow and would turn up shades of blood red in peak winters when the fully mature. These are known to be amongst the sweetest and most nutritious citrus fruits with shades of red due to high anthocyanin content.
Our Blood Red Maltas are grown on our own farm near Bathinda in Punjab and are most 'nature friendly' natural citrus fruit of this region requiring little care and thus, almost no negative impact on the environment.
