This variety is amongst the juiciest and crunchiest pears that we have come across and carries a shelf life of more than two months in your refrigerator – something natural farming does to our fruits. Very sweet floral notes with an aromatic juicy flesh and hints of vanilla. The dessert-like flavor makes it a favorite for raw consumption or for baking / poaching. Concorde has a smooth green-yellow peel with red blushing and brown russeting near stem. Concorde pears have a firm and dense flesh that is dense even when the pear is ripe. Our pears are 100% natural and thus, would be slow to turn brown when cut.
