Extracted from our farm grown Organic Black Mustard Seeds. Black Mustard Seeds are healthier than Yellow Mustard Seeds in terms of higher Omega 3 and Omega 6 content. Our oil will be much milder than usual oil in terms of taste and pungency. As cold-pressed oil retains moisture, there could be some froth formation at the time of heating.
