Extracted from our farm grown Organic Yellow Mustard Seeds. Yellow Mustard Oil scores over Black Mustard Oil in terms of lower pungency and fragrance which makes them suitable for preparations where you don't want mustard taste and fragrance to drown the intended taste and fragrance of the dish being prepared. Seeds are cold-pressed inhouse at Sanesa Yourganic through our own machine. As cold-pressed oil retains moisture, there could be some froth formation at the time of heating.
