Our Apple Cider Vinegar is our in-house production made from our organic apples along with our own farm's jaggery. The vinegar has been tested and found to be edible. Like all other vinegars, Apple Cider Vinegar is also high on acetic acid with c. 6% content. It is also known probiotic, Vinegar is known to possess antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Apple Cider Vinegar is much milder than Sugarcane Vinegar and has a subtle apple flavor to it.
