Paneer made from A2 Gir Cow Milk without skimming cream from it. It was a long and arduous search before we could launch our cottage cheese as we weren't sure of the quality that we would get and the process that would be followed by the farmer. Finally, we convinced one of our existing farmers and he now sends us the most creamy paneer in the market. We use lemons and not vinegar to separate fat and protein from milk which ensures the taste is as close as possible to natural milk compounds.
