Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within a few hours to the next business day after you receive your order confirmation. Orders placed on our holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Areas: Currently, we deliver in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indirapuram and Faridabad. Delivery to other areas is presently not available.
Delivery Schedule: You can select your preferred delivery time slot at checkout. We do our best to deliver within this window, but delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. If delays arise, we will notify you promptly.
Pre-Order Items: Certain products are available on a Pre-Order basis. The expected delivery date will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Track your order status via WhatsApp, SMS, or by contacting customer care. For urgent updates, you may also contact your delivery person directly.
Calculated at Checkout: Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₹1,000.
Variable Charges: Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Unforeseen Delays: During holidays, festivals, or high order volumes, delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated delivery time.
Proactive Communication: If your delivery will be delayed, you will receive a notification via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.
A. Fresh Produce (Vegetables & Fruits)
Quality Guarantee: We ensure a refund or replacement for items that are damaged or have quality issues upon delivery.
Process: Simply share a clear photo of the damaged or substandard item via WhatsApp, email, or direct message to our team. No physical return is required. Refunds or replacements will be processed directly.
Timeframe: Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
B. Non-Perishable Items (Groceries & Packaged Goods)
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Process: Notify our team of your intent to return. We will arrange for pickup at no extra charge, you do not need to send the item back yourself.
Refund: Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway). For payment gateway transactions, refunds are processed through the same platform.
Partial Refunds: In rare cases, if only part of an order is returned, a refund will apply to the returned quantity only.
C. Non-Returnable Items
Gift Cards and Gift Hampers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase: All returns and refunds require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you may request an exchange.
Process: Notify us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the delivery executive within 24 hours of delivery. No physical return is required for fresh produce; for non-perishables, we will arrange a pickup and deliver the replacement.
Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway). Refunds via payment gateway may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Timeline: We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days after approval.
