Aka Bura, it is also a form of Unrefined Sugar prepared from Organic Sugarcane. Boora is finer than Khaand and thus, it is preferred to be used in cold liquid preparations like Shikanji as it dissolves much easily. It is also preferred for delicate Indian sweets and desserts like laddu, halwa etc.
